We will study the core concepts of Ayurvedic understanding and management of various pathologies like Jwara (Fever), bleeding disorders, metabolic disorders, skin disorders, respiratory disorders, degenerative disorders, inflammatory disorders and gynecological disorders. We will also discuss pregnancy care, rasayana treatments and mental health. All the teachings in this course are based on Ayurvedic texts like Charaka Samhita, Ashtanga Hridayam and Dr. Sharma’s personal clinical experience.

Foundations of Ayurvedic Pathology, Agni, and Dosha Aggravation
Delve into the foundational concepts of Ayurveda, focusing on the interplay between gunas, doshas, dhatus, and agni. Learn how these elements contribute to disease development, with a special emphasis on understanding double dosha aggravations and their impact on health.
Comprehensive Disease Management and Healing
Explore advanced Ayurvedic practices for managing a wide range of conditions, including jwara (inflammatory disorders), pregnancy care, metabolic disorders, skin diseases, respiratory issues, gynecological conditions, and mental health disorders. Panchakarma Techniques for Detoxification and Long-term Health
Gain in-depth knowledge of Panchakarma, the five-fold Ayurvedic detoxification method. Study the five treatments—Vamana (therapeutic emesis), Virechana (purgation), Basti (enema) and Nasya (nasal administration)—and learn how to apply them to cleanse the body, manage chronic diseases, and support long-term health and well-being.

About Dr. Arun Sharma
Dr. Arun Sharma is an experienced Ayurvedic physician, teacher, and author. He is the founder of Ayuskama Ayurveda Clinic and Panchakarma Center and spearheads all its medical, training, and pharmaceutical activities.
He belongs to a familial lineage of Ayurvedic and Sanskrit scholars and has therefore been studying Ayurveda and the Sanskrit language from a very young age. Additionally, he completed his B.A.M.S at Shree Laxmi Narayan Ayurveda College, Amritsar, and subsequently gained additional practical knowledge from his grandfather’s Ayurvedic practice, as well as several other practitioners.
