Ayurveda Foundation Course
Begin Your Path to Natural Healing & Holistic Wellness
Discover Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom online with Ayuskama Dharamshala — practical tools and authentic guidance for balance in everyday life.

Curious about Ayurveda but unsure where to start?
- Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing sciences, offering deep insights into how body, mind, and spirit stay in balance. But without proper guidance, its vast knowledge can feel overwhelming.
- Many seekers dip into Ayurveda through books, blogs, or quick online tips — learning about doshas here or trying a diet there — yet never see the complete picture.
- Our online Ayurveda Foundation Course was created to change that. Whether you’re completely new to Ayurveda or a wellness practitioner wanting to strengthen your basics, this course provides a clear, structured path into authentic Ayurvedic knowledge. You’ll not only understand the principles — you’ll learn how to apply them confidently in your daily life for real, lasting wellness.

Build a Strong Foundation in Ayurveda with Dr. Arun Sharma
Ayurveda is a science of balance, but true understanding begins with the body’s core principles — how it works, heals, and connects to the world around us.
In this 3-month online course, Dr. Arun Sharma, a traditional Ayurvedic doctor from Dharamshala, introduces the fundamentals of Ayurveda, including:
- The origins of Ayurveda and its roots in Indian philosophy
- Core principles of the body’s functioning, digestion, and metabolism (Doshas, Dhatus, Agni)
- Nutrition and dietary wisdom for maintaining balance (Ahar Rasayan)
- Preventive health through daily and seasonal Ayurvedic practices (Dincharya, Ritucharya)
This program is the essential first step before exploring advanced topics like diagnosis, herbs, and therapies taught in our Ayurveda Therapist Level 1 course.
