Online Courses:

If you are not satisfied with your online course purchase, you can request a full refund within 15 days from the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please write to us at [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds will be processed manually and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Consultations & Ayurvedic Treatments:

Please note that consultations and Ayurvedic treatments are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of these services.

Force Majeure:

If services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will work with affected customers to find a suitable solution, but no automatic refunds will be provided.
