Dr. Arun Sharma – Founder & Lead Ayurvedic Physician
Dr. Arun Sharma's Ayurvedic journey began at age 13, guided by his grandfather — a respected Ayurvedic doctor in Dharamshala. This early mentorship laid the foundation for everything Ayuskama represents today.
Building on this deep heritage, Dr. Sharma formalised his knowledge through rigorous study, earning his B.A.M.S. from Shree Laxmi Narayan Ayurveda College, Amritsar, and extensive hands-on training with esteemed Vaidyas. His vision was clear: to offer Ayurveda deeply rooted in classical texts — Charaka Samhita, Sushruta, and Vagbhata — practiced with uncompromised ethical standards.
This commitment led to founding Ayuskama Panchakarma Centre in 2009, and expanding into a full residential healing facility, offering immersive programs in the serene Himalayan sanctuary of Dharamshala.
As an educator, Dr. Sharma makes complex concepts accessible while creating supportive environments for transformation. His mission: empowering people to reconnect with their true nature through authentic Ayurveda.
