Build Your Ayurvedic Foundation First
Before beginning therapies, it’s important to understand the principles that form the base of Ayurveda. The Ayurveda Foundation Course provides this grounding — exploring Ayurveda’s philosophical roots and the body’s key functions: Doshas (biological energies), Dhatus (tissues), and Agni (digestive fire).
You’ll also study how imbalances in digestion and metabolism lead to disease, and learn daily and seasonal practices to restore balance. The Foundation Course is a compulsory prerequisite for the Ayurveda Therapist Level 1 Course, ensuring you have the essentials before advancing to diagnosis, therapies, and herbal studies.
